The idea
Triathlons always run in the same order. So what if they didn't?
What I did
Built the whole event from the ground up. Venue negotiation, permitting, course design, safety management, volunteer coordination, sponsorship, registration and all of the marketing.
The result
Nearly 800 people showed up in the final year, and I sold the race in 2008.
